Try PowerClaim and I will read some of your practice files.
The tough thing here is having active files. As such, I see your pain. If you do not have active files, you can remove Xm8 through Control Panel and then reinstall with DemoXM8 password as many times as you want. I'd back up key files through data transfer to maintain your logos, etc., but if you do not need the other boilerplate, there is no limit to the number of installs. Personally, if I wanted to retain active files, I'd call Orem, Utah and ask if you can move your active files to a safe subdirectory through data transfer and then remove and reinstall with the DemoXM8 password and then pay when you really need to be live and bring your files back in through data transfer.
Yes, you can download active files into a separate folder on your desktop using data transfer and reload once you need to. The only thing is, and I just thought about this after reading the last post, unless his Xactimate is active at this time he will not be able to data transfer anything.
I had a couple of folks kindly message me privately about adjusting MS date clocks. In fact the new 25.5 won't allow this old dodge anymore. However, the best option is to buy the CD and reinstall it. However, as most of us know you have to uninstall first completely and when you reinstall you have rename the price list by adding a digit. Prior to reinstall of course any old files need to be backed up. The problem of course is that you lose all prior set ups like letters, parameters, etc. The other alternative is to partition your hard drive and use the partitioned part for practise and keep the original partition for actual claims. The most preferred option of course is to have continuous work.
