Chuck, this is the one that I carry , and also utilize the 36" wand for the non intrusive moisure readings of floors, walls, ceilings.

Nice to NOT have to stretch and bend all the time.

They have a package deal that includes the Protometer, EIFS probe and wand, thats (IMHO) the way to go.

Working ANY kind of water claim, especially after a 'cane you BETTER be well advised to KNOW where the water is hiding, IYGMM.

My little Mini Ligno is not as nice as the Protometer, but it fits in a side pocket and while I don't attempt to make absolute measurements of moisture levels I use it regularly for differential measurements and comparisions between different areas.
