DSM & Associates, Inc., formally McColl Adjusters, Inc., was established in 1992 after Hurricane Andrew.  The company has grown since 1992 to more than just an insurance adjusting firm to a company that offers numerous services such as appraisal and mediation representation, professional estimating service to the insurance and construction industry and consulting and management during the damage recovery process.

We have over 18 years combined experience representing our clients as their appraisers when the appraisal process has been invoked by either the insured or the insurance company.  This process is also known as “Alternative Dispute Resolution”.

Catastrophe/Disaster Estimating properly performed after an event is very cost effective to our clients.  It is our goal to expedite the time for damage repairs /recovery and to reduce increase cost that can occur when delays are encountered by not having the detailed information concerning the cost of damage repairs.  We have a trained team with over 200 years of combined experience in all areas of residential and commercial damage assessment.
