LTS is the developer of Water Event Manager, an innovative web-based program that provides comprehensive solutions for your property loss claims management. As property insurance premiums continue to rise due to natural disasters and other variables, WEM offers a way to mitigate the increase. WEM uses proprietary algorithms based on industry guidelines, including the IICRC S500 and is fully compatible with Xactware®’s industry-leading estimating software, Xactimate®.
Water Event Manager (WEM) also validates structural drying project scope and pricing for water loss claims in real time over the internet. Users benefit from objective, real-time validation of water loss services that result in efficient claims cycle time and appropriate costs. Reinspection services for Quality Assurance programs are also offered.
Loss Audit Services provides invoice and estimate audits for water, mold, and fire portions of a property loss claim. Customers send invoices and/or estimates along with claim information to our certified experts, who then perform a line-by-line comparison using industry standards. If significant variances are detected, the client may choose to enlist LTS to perform Agreed Price negotiations to secure a fair amount for payment.
