The Roster is back online and now uses the new login system.   However, if you added your name after 10/16/2006 you will need to add it again.  Both Rosters are still online and working but I recommend you use the new system to a Roster listing  Old Roster listings can be updated using your login from the old database. If you don't know what I mean then it is not a issue just login and visit the Roster page to add your name.  If you have a Roster listing in the old database please feel free to add a new listing to the new system.
