Passwords
If you have not used the login or signed in since the database change made 10/6/2006 you will need to request your NEW password by using the "Forgot Password" link. To do this just click Login at the top of the page and then click "Forgot Password" enter your username and click send. This will send you your username and password.
ALL passwords were changed to a temp password when we made the change. So this means that your old password will not work. If you have changed email addresses or have forgotten your username then send us a note using the form on the Contact Us page and we will update your account and send you the password.
Login Tips
- User names - we recommend a short user name without any spaces. Your full name is displayed when you post in most of the CADO areas and this comes from the first and last name information you provide.
- When you login the case (upper or lower) only matters with the password so changing the case of the user name will not make any difference, you can enter your user name in upper or lower case and still be able login as long as you use the correct password.
- Do not assume you know your password. All password were changed in October of 06, so if you have not logged since then, the first thing you should do is request your password by using the "Forgot Password" link found in the login box. It will not do you any good to try a old password if you have not logged since the change.
- If you have changed email addresses or never receive your password after using the "Forgot Password" link please send us a note and we will reset your login and email you a new password.
- Check your "junk mail" folder or add catadjuster.org to your approved sender list.
Account Lockout
After three failed login attempts your account is locked for 5 minutes.
