Since 8/1/2005, established own independent

claims adjusting company, Bay Area Adjusters. 

In addition to receiving assignments directly from

carriers, also contracted to work with several

independent adjusting companies for day and

catastrophe claims both in the local region and other

states.   Experienced flood adjuster certified to adjust

mobile homes, residential and small commercial

flood claims.

 Commercial claim experience with damages up to $350,000 specifically includes losses involving several places of worship where wind and flood damaged roof structures, steeple, pewter, floor coverings and audio equipment; claims involving retail stores, restaurants as well as strip shopping centers where total loss of building and contents occurred as a result of hurricane Katrina; fire and smoke damaged restaurant, supermarket and retail stores in strip shopping centers where total or partial losses occurred and in addition to building and contents damage BI losses sustained; fire, smoke and water damaged two to three story apartment buildings, condominium/townhomes as well as hotels where number of units/rooms sustained total loss and BI losses incurred; structural damaged drive-in movie theaters where screens and platforms collapsed due to decay or hidden defect. In addition to these specific claims, also handled fire, smoke, wind and hurricane damaged small mom & pop shops, bakeries, kennels, produce and grocery stores, recording studios and distribution warehouses. 
 
            Also experienced in handling cargo, inland marine, builder’s risk as well as farm claims where losses involved damaged goods/edible products, theft of equipment, water damage in new constructions as well as winery losses with damages up to $150,000.
 
            Personal lines claim experiences include fire, water and wind damaged high value homes in San Francisco, Bay Area region; hurricane Katrina damaged residential dwellings where total or partial losses occurred with damages up to $250,000.
