Bio or Mini Resume:

After 20 yrs. of owning & operating a construction business as a General Contractor, licensed in Ohio & Florida, I decided to begin turning my passion for customer service and estimate writing to adjusting.  I have 7 years experience with a Florida & Texas all-lines license, NFIP Flood Adjusterr, Hail & Wind, Citizen &USAA certified, auto and recently have been certified as a Wind Inspector in Florida.  I have worked with and written hundreds of estimates for Insurance companies using adjusting software Xactimate 25 with Sketch and Simsol as well.  Hurricane Ivan took me to Gulf Shores Alabama working flood and wind in2004.

I have a 4 yr. BS in Biblical Studies, I am bi-lingual in Spanish & English, and am certified in teaching with the state of Ohio.  I am 39 yrs. old and am athletic with many interests in travel & sports.
