PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS MANAGEMENT: • Hired, trained, developed and managed a staff of adjusters, examiners and specialists handling claims in all states. • Maintained morale and productivity during transition and reduction of staff associated with corporate acquisitions. • Catastrophe Coordinator for the Eastern, Southern and Mid-West Regions of the United States.
